I doubt there will be anything interesting automotive. My wife thinks it’ll be an older couple that she has seen drive by a few times in a CRV.

Kind of. i think I’ve only conversated with the guy once to introduce myself and say hello. Talked more to the wife while kids played in cul-de-sac and at that it was my wife talking more than me.

Hopefully the new people aren’t assholes that complain about everything. I’ve only had one notice from HOA for trash cans out front and that was years ago.
